The Time for Change
What a week it’s been. I don’t normally like to discuss politics but whether you were an Obama supporter or not you couldn’t help but caught up in the wave of excitement passing over the world.

It seems like the message of Hope and Change won over the message of Fear.

And, it’s precisely this message of Change that I’d like you to consider right now. What Change are you ready to bring into your life in order to gain the vibrant health and energy that is your birthright.

Are you ready to make the commitment to exercising 5 days a week, are you ready to work on your breathing exercises and flexibility, and are you ready to eat the good natural food that your body craves?

This is the perfect time to start living the life you always wanted to but have always put off until tomorrow. Right now, the energy around the country and around the world is the highest it’s been in a long time. We can all tap into this energy and use it to help power our own dreams and aspirations.

So go out right now and make the Change. No more hesitation, no more procrastination, today’s the day for Change and Hope.

Great news and who to invest in!
I apologize for my lack of regular blogs over the last month. As many of you know I’ve been working very hard to open my new studio and I can finally say, “Fitness Together Atlantic is now open!”

The place looks fantastic and I’d love to invite any of you in the Jacksonville Florida area in for a free Personal Training session.

In these tough economic times it’s tempting to stop investing in anything and retreat into a proverbial cave and spend your time worrying.

But this is exactly the time when we should be investing - no I'm not about to start giving you Market Secrets - what I'm trying to say is that this is the time to invest in yourself!

It's at times like this when we should be focusing on being as healthy in body and mind as possible.

There's so much negative news out there it's very easy to get down and let your health and fitness levels slip.

Why don't you do what I've started doing - No News first thing in the morning and No News late in the evening. These are both times when I want to focus on cultivating a happy healthy life not one filled with doom and gloom.

If you're feeling stressed I encourage you to get back to your deep breathing exercises (which can be found on my website under videos)

I'm also actively taking this moment in history to start investing more in You.

In the past I had to stop doing this due to time constraints but I'd like to open up my e-mail to all questions and comments concerning health, fitness and positive living. So please feel free to contact me.
