In Praise of Leg Raises |
So, how’s your flexibility training been coming along?
Ever since my last e-mail discussing how to release tight hamstrings I’ve been receiving lots of great feed-back in praise of leg raises.
Leg raises work so much quicker and more effectively to release tight hamstrings than traditional static stretching does.
If you haven’t read my article on “How to Release tight Hamstrings” yet you’ll find it on my site http://www.thewileyway.com/2007/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=17&Itemid=52
I guarantee you if that if you dedicate 5 minutes a day to your front and rear leg raises you will see significant improvements in your flexibility within a week.
So, get those legs swinging and enjoy all of the wonderful benefits of feeling flexible, strong and energized.
Yours in health & happiness
